The NFL postseason isn’t quite here, but it’s fast approaching.
And like any other race, there’s a lot of jockeying for position.
The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs in Monday Night Football 21-17, and now the two teams are tied at the top of the Super Bowl oddsboard at +450.
The San Francisco 49ers are close behind at +480. Their convincing 34-3 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 10 followed by the team’s Week 11 27-14 trampling of Tampa Bay helped them stay near the top.

One team that bettors might want to keep their eyes on is Dallas. America’s Team’s odds are currently sixth on the board at +1200.
“The Cowboys can be right in the thick of the NFC East race a few weeks from now if they continue to look like this,” FOX Sports Cowboys Insider David Helman said on last week’s NFL on FOX Podcast.
“The passing offense continues to hit its stride.”
A long shot making a move up the board is 6-4 Houston.Â
Led by rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud — whose breakout performances have him in the MVP conversation — the Texans beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 39-37 in Week 9 and then upset the Bengals 30-27 in Week 10. After beating Cincinnati, their odds shortened from +14000 to +7500.Â
Then, in Week 11, Houston defeated Arizona 21-16 and the Texans odds shortened to +4800.

A squad whose downward spiral continues is the Los Angeles Chargers.Â
The Chargers lost 41-38 to the Lions in Week 10 and then fell 23-20 to the Packers in Week 11. Their Super Bowl futures lengthened to +6500 from +5000.
